Welcome to your beachfront escape at 5C/5 Clifford Street, right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. This bright and breezy two-bedroom apartment sits on the 5th floor of the iconic Peninsula building, facing the ocean with front-row views of the sunrise and the sparkling coastline.
The space is huge, open-plan living with a full kitchen, spacious lounge and dining area, two bathrooms, and big sundrenched balconies perfect for morning coffee or afternoon wine. Both bedrooms are generous in size, and the apartment is fully air-conditioned for comfort all year round.
You’ll have uninterrupted views of the ocean and skyline, and since this is a north-facing corner unit, you’ll get sunlight throughout the day. Watch the waves roll in or wind down as the sun sets over the hinterland – the view’s all yours.
The building is loaded with facilities. There are three pools (two outdoors, one heated indoors), a spa, gym, tennis court, saunas, and even a BBQ area surrounded by landscaped gardens. Everything you need to chill, recharge, or stay active is right downstairs.
Step outside and you’re just a short walk to everything – the beach is right there, and restaurants, bars, shops, the tram, and all the action of Surfers and Broadbeach are just minutes away.
