Enjoy relaxed beachfront living at this sunny ground floor apartment directly opposite Bilinga Beach. With a north-east aspect, tropical gardens and a resort-style pool just outside your patio, San Chelsea 8 is an easy spot to settle into holiday mode.

Freshly renovated with a light coastal style, the apartment features bright open-plan living that flows out to a spacious private patio overlooking the gardens and pool area. It’s the perfect place for a morning coffee, long lunch or winding down after a day at the beach.

Designed for families, couples or a laid-back coastal getaway, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen bed, private balcony and modern ensuite with walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes two king single beds, with both bedrooms offering built-in wardrobes, custom cabinetry and ceiling fans.

The open-plan living area includes reverse-cycle air-conditioning, comfortable furnishings, a large smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything needed for easy holiday meals, including a dishwasher, coffee machine and air fryer. There is also a second bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, plus internal laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer.

Step straight outside to enjoy the lush tropical gardens and inground swimming pool, or wander across the road to the beach and coastal pathways. San Chelsea is a quiet, secure complex with a wide beachfront frontage and secure parking for one car (maximum vehicle height 1.9m), plus additional street parking nearby.

The location is hard to beat — just a short stroll to North Kirra Surf Club, local cafés and the Oceanway walking and bike path connecting Coolangatta, Kirra, Tugun and Currumbin. Gold Coast Airport is only minutes away, while the area still feels relaxed and uncrowded.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Our office is approximately a 6-minute drive south of the property and Gold Coast Airport.

Beachfront at Bilinga

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at San Chelsea apartments. The location is great - across the road from the beach and a leisurely stroll to shops at Kirra & Coolangatta. The apartment is comfortable although bathroom could fo with updating. Also no wifi and pillows are uncomfortable being too high. We hired our own linen but master doona had stains on it.
