Rooms need a really good clean, very dusty and very dirty. Needs a really thorough clean throughout.

Communication was terrible, bed was hard, spa was cold, steam room was unbearably too hot, only free to air tv, pillows were flat and could hear the neighbours. View was great, kids loved the pool and was in a good location.
