Welcome to The Queenslander, a family-friendly, pet-friendly home in the heart of Coolangatta.

This charming beachside retreat offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and multiple indoor and outdoor living areas — comfortably accommodating up to seven guests, plus your dog is welcome too!

The main open-plan living area features a comfortable lounge room with a Smart TV with Foxtel and Wi-Fi, plus a modern, spacious kitchen complete with a dishwasher and a large island bench with seating.

The living area opens onto a covered yard with outdoor dining, sun lounges, and a gas BBQ — perfect for enjoying family meals outside.

There are four bedrooms; the main bedroom offers a queen bed and an ensuite with a shower and toilet. The second bedroom comes with a queen bed, the third bedroom has a single bed and the fourth bedroom has a set of bunks, ideal for kids or overnight guests.

The Queenslander offers a second sitting room with a full-size piano and a Smart TV, as well as a bright sunroom with additional seating and a desk.

There is also a main bathroom with shower and toilet, and laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The house is fully fenced with an electric gate and covered carport parking for 2 cars. There is reverse cycle air-conditioning in the main loungeroom, piano sitting room and second queen bedroom and ceiling fans in the main loungeroom and both queen bedrooms.

The Queenslander retains its classic charm with stained glass windows, timber floors, and cozy rooms with high, pitched ceilings, yet has been thoughtfully modernised with renovated bathrooms and an extended kitchen and living area.

Perfect for families, this home offers plenty of space and a secure, fully fenced yard. The house is located only 300m from Coolangatta Beach and the CBD, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the coastal lifestyle.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 2 minute drive from the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
