All the staff were very helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was buffet style and very plentiful with lots of choices. On Friday and Saturday evening there is the option to pay for a seafood buffet which we did and really enjoyed it. The location is good for transport, restaurants and proximity to the beach

I actually really liked the voco. The location and tram right outside the door was awesome. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at front desk as well as the bar. The rooms were clean and adequate. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially as it very well priced.

My brief stay at voco Gold Coast was exceptional. Although I was only there for one night, I was delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which added a special touch to the experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel’s location is ideal, with easy access to the beach and Cavill Avenue, and the tram stop conveniently located just outside made getting around effortless. As my visit was short, I didn’t have the opportunity to fully explore the hotel’s services, but the professionalism and friendliness of the staff was wonderful. They ensured my stay was seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. I would gladly return for a longer stay and highly recommend voco Gold Coast to anyone visiting the area.

I would not recommend this hotel. Whilst the lobby is impressive, the rooms are run down with no soundproofing. Our shower head was broken and our bathroom mirror was cracked. We were kept awake until the early hours of the morning from the noise of passers by outside our room.
