Family Holiday

We loved our stay it was perfect for our blended family. We were all able to hang out, BBQ and swim. Grandkids loved the theatre room and games. Close to shops and plenty of room for our 6 kids and their families.

Poor customer service

First property we stayed in the air con didn't work and we got no help from the manager on the Sat. Sent wrong keys to open windows and then wouldn't return phone calls. Rang again on the Sunday and spoke to someone different who was much more helpful and moved us to another property however we could only stay 3 nights and then had to move again which was very annoying with a group of 9.

Absolutely perfect!

Wow! This house is just beautiful. We were a family group of 14 staying for 11 nights and the house accommodated us very comfortably. The master retreat is huge with a luxurious bathroom and private deck, and the other 6 bedrooms very spacious. Ample kitchen, dining, lounge, entertainment and outdoor deck areas meant there was space for us all. The kiddies loved feeding the birdlife on the canal each morning and the sunsets over the deck were stunning. Elite Holiday Homes were very efficient in fixing a broken outdoor fan the very next day. The only downside is that having small children and a couple of elderly occupants meant it was just a little bit far to walk to Pacific Fair and out of the way of the beach meaning having to rely on taxis and ubers. The house was spotless, Elite Holiday Homes were very helpful and easy to deal with and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Thank you for having us. We had the best holiday!
