We found our room to be quite dusty and stuffy, as well as having an odd smell. We also found a blood stain on one of our doonas. The staff ended up changing our bedding and gave us a cafe voucher, however we still felt slightly dismissed as to our other concerns.

No car parking allocated first problem. Wheelchair lift not working and didn’t offer alternative until asked. Lift to basement not allocated to us so had to walk and carry walker down flight of stairs. Will avoid at all cost and not recommend to anyone with a disability or recommend to anyone else for that matter. 1/10 would rather have slept in the car!

Comfortable room ideal for a 1-2 night stay with easy check-in & check-out. The additional charge onsite parking was helpful & reasonable cost. Unfortunately, our room aircon had a timer set which we couldn’t adjust ourselves, so waking up every couple of hours to switch it back on was less than ideal! Mentioned this at check-out so hopefully it’ll be rectified for the next guest.

Lack of disclosure on the site is troublesome. Booked for 2xdouble beds and got 2xsingles, when i went downstairs to ask, i was told they only have single beds. Unfortunately won't return because of that, oh and the parking situation is wven worse. The good: location

The slats on one side of the bed kept falling off. I sat on the bed and could feel it slipping off and you could hear the bang. Other than that, the other side was pretty comfy, was easy to get around using the tram, food at breakfast was good. Reasonable price.
