Casa del Oso offers spacious accommodations for up to 4 guests in a central DT location. From sunrise to sunset you will be awed by the expansive mountain and river views. We are located in the middle of 6 National Parks, Kicking Horse Mountain Resort and the Golden Skybridge are minutes away, and with a variety of local hidden gems on your doorstep Golden has something for everyone. Whether you are looking for a winter getaway or seeking new summer adventure you will wish you`d stayed longer!

Casa del Oso is a third floor condo offering comfortable accommodations (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) for a maximum of 4 guests. Enjoy mountain and river views through the floor to ceiling windows in the living space. The kitchen is well equipped and provides all you need to enjoy to cook a great meal for you to enjoy in the spacious dining area. The suite also has a dedicated work station.

Please note: the A/C is central and controlled by a building management system. This means it cannot be adjusted in the condo. While the system is maintained at 19 degrees C, the condo has large windows and may heat up depending on hours of sunshine, particularly on the warmest of summer days. We recommend using the fans provided and keeping window coverings and windows closed while the sun is above the mountains. Opening windows in the evening and overnight can assist with overnight cooling.

With the exception of a locked cupboard you have access to the whole condo.

I manage the property on behalf of the owners. I live in Golden and I or one of my team are available to you as required.

Home away from home. Furnished comfortably and great kitchen. Noise travels from neighbours upstairs. Outlet in bathroom went out so had to dry my hair in living room. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay in Golden

Erica’s place was perfect for our 3 night stay. We were one couple, but there were 2 bedrooms with queen/full beds. The place had everything we needed, including laundry. The best part was it was only a couple minute walk to downtown restaurants and a 1/2 block walk from the Whitetooth Brewery. Also, there is a great view of the mountains from the balcony & bedrooms. Thank you for sharing your accomodations!

Convenience and Comfort

This was our home base for daily hiking as well as a couple of rafting days on the Kicking Horse River ( which also runs behind condo). This home away from home provided all our needs, was clean and comfy. It is also very convenient to walk to downtown restaurants, pubs, the grocery and even bowling. Will stay again!!

Amazing!

We were only able to stay in golden a couple nights, but it was fantastic! It’s a hidden gem a little further into the mountains from banff, but the drive is incredible! Cute downtown with great resaurants. Erica was fantastic with communication and the condo was clean and beautiful. Thank you!
