Forget your worries at Condo Valley Vista, located on the 3rd floor of the Palliser Lodge at KHMR. Offering the luxury of true ski in and out, ski room and shared hot tub. A short walk to all resort amenities and beautiful Valley and Mountain views from your private deck.

Golden has you covered, whether it be skiing, hiking, biking, paddling in one of the 6 surrounding national parks or enjoying the slow pace of downtown and our many deluxe and diverse dining options.

Welcome to Condo Valley Vista at Palliser Lodge! Managed by Altitude property management in Golden, guests can rely on prompt local service for any questions or needs.

Recently purchased as a ski retreat, the owners have decided to open up their space for others to enjoy all KHMR and Palliser Lodge have to offer.

This spacious condo offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a pull out couch for larger groups. Please note that the second bedroom is separated from the main condo by a door inside the condo entryway (it was formerly a lock off style unit so the layout might not suit all guests)

The kitchen has all one needs to cook a gourmet meal.

The whole property is accessible to guests with the exception of a locked housekeeping closet.

I am the property manager for your condo. I live in Golden (not the resort), but am available to answer your questions and assist you as you need.

The condo offers comfortable accommodations for 4 guests and cozy accommodations for 6.

Golden is located on the Columbia Wetlands, as such mosquitoes can be an issue in the summer months. We recommend bring appropriate mosquito protection with you (deer spray, Thermocell devices, mosquito coils etc).

The location is 15 minutes drive from Golden - while there are a few restaurants and a convenience store at the resort guests may prefer to buy groceries at one of 2 grocery stores in Golden before riving to the resort.
The parking pass and key card are to be left in the condo at the end of your stay. There is a $50 charge for lost/removed passes.

Only the guest(s)on the reservation may stay overnight in the unit.
No outdoor shoes in the unit
No sports equipment in the unit - there is central storage for equipment.
No moving of furniture or decor.

What a joy!

Our 4 day stay at Erica's condo was a delight. Erica is a very attentive host and her condo was such a joy. The open layout was great for 3 adults and it we enjoyed it as a home away from home. The condo is in an excellent location wrt the ski lifts and had secure parking. Thank you Erica!

Spacious Accomodations

Spacious units with 2 BR or 3 BR suites. Conveniently located 10-15 minutes from Golden. Lots of biking activities during the summer. We utilized the space as our center of activities as we hiked in several of the Canadian National Parks located all around Golden. The hot tub was a great place to relax after a day of hiking.
