Our newly renovated basement suite features two bedrooms, one bathroom and accommodates four guests. We offer on-site laundry, separate entrance, and are adding new countertops and a dishwasher soon.

A bit too overpriced

The property is fairly okay. It was way too overpriced and we had a really underwhelming experience here. 1. The 2 single beds were absolutely uncomfortable to sleep in. They made a lot of noise if you even move your hand. 2. There were a lot of mosquitos (i can understand there was a mosquito outbreak in the city, but the apartment was literally filled with mosquitos which means the door/windows were open for a lot of time before we checked in)3. There is barely any lighting in the living room (glad we went there in summer and so didn’t need the lights much)

What a pleasant host and the rental is prefect. They made sure that every we had everything we needed from a list of grocery stores and restaurants to local activities. It is very clean and the area is perfectly located to reach all the beautiful sites in Golden. It was a wonderful place I would recommend this rental to everyone.

Glimpse Into Golden

Had a lovely stay in Golden feeling like a local. We had everything we needed to explore the area. The beds were extremely warm and COMFORTABLE. Easy check-in and check-out process and clear communication from property manager. Would stay again!
