Top-floor downtown Golden condo, perfect for families and groups. This spacious 3-bed, 2-bath suite sleeps 7 and features stunning mountain and river views. Walk to shops, dining, and local attractions. Just 15 minutes to Kicking Horse Mountain Resort and Golden Skybridge, with easy access to Yoho, Glacier, and Banff National Parks. Ideal for skiing, hiking, biking, and year-round mountain getaways.

Stay & Après is the largest of the condos in the OSO building, with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, it also boasts a large foyer equipped as a family gaming zone and which doubles as a yoga/workout space.

Off the foyer is a large sports storage area - equipped to store all your sports gear (skis, bikes etc.), complete with 6 boot heaters and space to dress for your day.

The gaming zone includes a 32` TV, Nintendo console with built in games, and a selection of toys and board games.

In the living area you will find a large open concept space with comfortable seating for your whole group, a 75` 4K TV and dining table for up to 7 guests.

The kitchen is open to the living space and offers a wide range of small appliances (in addition to regular appliances) to enhance your experience - these include a waffle maker, Raclette, Wine Fridge, and Mocca Master coffee maker.

The master bedroom has a 65` 4K TV, nightstands equipped with 8 ports and wireless charges, it also doubles as a work station for those of you who`d like to work from your `Golden` home. The sit to stand desk is equipped with a monitor and HDMI cable.

All guests are provided with a choice of a down or memory foam pillow for their sleeping comfort. Families will find a Pack and play, high chair, booster seat and change mat in the master closet.

Access to the entire unit with exception of a locked housekeeping closet for supplies off master bedroom.

Sports equipment can be stored in the gear room of the unit.

Property manager, Heidi lives in Golden and can be reached via app, phone or email.

Please note: the A/C is central and controlled by a building management system. This means it cannot be adjusted in the condo. While the system is maintained at 19 degrees C, the condo has large windows and may heat up depending on hours of sunshine, particularly on the warmest of summer days.

We recommend using the fans provided and keeping window coverings and windows closed while the sun is above the mountains. Opening windows in the evening and overnight can assist with overnight cooling.
