You will find this centrally located condo in downtown Golden. The `7` offers the best of mountain living in this new two bed/one bath suite. Enjoy mountain and river views while enjoying your morning coffee. Regardless of whether you are looking for a winter gateway or seeking summer memories, Golden has you covered. From Kicking Horse Mountain Resort to the Golden Skybridge, from the 6 National Parks on your doorstep, to the incredible local hidden gems - you will wish you stayed longer!

The `7` is a second floor condo in a new downtown complex next-door to Goldens Whitetooth Bistro. the space has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests.

Please note: the A/C is central and controlled by a building management system. This means it cannot be adjusted in the condo. While the system is maintained at 19 degrees C, the condo is has large windows and may heat up beyond this depending on hours of sunshine, particularly on the warmest summer days. We recommend using the fans provided and keeping window coverings and windows closed while the sun is above the mountains. Opening windows in the evening and overnight can assist with overnight cooling.

With the exception of a locked closet the whole space is available to our guests throughout your stay.

We have a locked storage at the back of our allocated parking space (#201) . Please feel free to utilize this during your stay for your sports equipment - it has a coded lock that is the same as the unit door code.

We thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home. We were in Golden to attend our son’s wedding. The condo is in the perfect location to walk to restaurants downtown. The unit is very clean and we had everything we needed. Thank you Erica!

Great space in a great location

4 friends in town for a weekend of cross country skiing . Condo is small but well laid out so didn’t feel that way at all. We were all very impressed . Tastefully decorated and has everything you need. Very comfortable beds and bedding , including the sofa bed which was just as comfortable as most beds , if not more so! Communication was easy and the place was immaculate . Would definitely recommend . Location is great too

Golden Condo

We loved this condo very much. It was very clean and it had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. If we could have changed one thing, it would have been it's proximity to more amenities (for eating out). The brewery is right there, so that was nice. We did go there for a beverage and had to order pizza to the brewery. But overall, it was awesome and I would stay at this condo again.

Nice place for short stays. Some things to be aware of

It was just as the pictures suggest however we noticed instantly just how "cramped" it felt inside. The floor plan is quite small, and we are both larger people. I cannot see 4 or more adults staying here at once. Best would be 2 adults and 2 small kids. Keeping in mind though that there is only one bathroom with a single sink. There just isn't enough room or seating. No chairs on the balcony so bring your own. The beds are very low to the floor so keep that in mind if you or anyone in your party has a disability. Weirdly, there are no chairs, dressers or luggage racks in the unit's bedrooms. Team that up with on the floor beds, getting dressed in the morning was challenging to say the least. The property is listed as "A/C" equipped but it isn't really. The whole building is one temperature and if you want it cooler in your suite you are out of luck there. Patio door swings inwards too and gets in the way if you are trying to watch TV so you can only crack it a bit if you want fresh air or to cool off the room more at night. Of course, if you turn the handle too far one way the patio door will fall off in your hands. Ask me how I know. lol Overall, I still would recommend it and Erica was very nice to deal with but I just want future renters some insights and offer a heads up on what to expect there.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo located in Golden, BC. The properties is centrally located between several National Parks that we wanted to explore. We also enjoyed Whitetooth Brewing Company located next to this property. There was a great walking path next to the river that was enjoyed by all. We would stay at this property again if we find ourselves in Golden again.

Family getaway

The location to downtown can’t be beat!just a short 5 minute walk. The unit was cute and clean, with everything you need. A grocery store very close by and brewery within walking distance. Easy access to kicking horse mountain. Love that it’s right on the river.
