Breakfast was fresh and staff very friendly. The soccer teams (teen boys) were not respectful of the space and there were messes (spilled m&ms outside elevator) we had to clean up to keep toddler and 4 year old from eating spilled candy off floor. One stain on towel in bathroom. Overall the temperature was very warm in public spaces. We had to put ac on in room to be comfortable!

When we got to the hotel it looked like a nice place to stay. When we walked into our room it was rank with a foul tart Oder and the room was dirty. My husband asked for a new room. The next room was only “ok”. It was the cleanest, and it looked like a cheap and greasy step up from backyard motel. I would’ve suggested a different hotel but we got there at almost midnight, we wouldn’t there long and it was a holiday so we didn’t have many options!! Definitely not recommending this one to anyone!! The staff was really nice though!!!

First room they gave me the Room had not been cleaned. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. Beds appeared to have been just slept in . Sofa filthy . Fridge , microwave, dirty . Lamps dusty .I returned to front desk and was provided a different room which had been cleaned but the fridge was dirty. The breakfast was not edible. Facilities were not clean. Very disappointed . Will not be booking here again.

Need more parking or to at least make ppl park correctly which means a random security check so all guest can park.
