In villa on the sea very particular apartment for 8 people, it takes place on two floors + a solarium terrace.
On the ground floor living room kitchenette double bedroom bathroom with shower and washing machine large covered veranda and terrace with stone barbecue, small lawn and direct access to the sea.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a barrel vault and a large window, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a small balcony, a bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor there is a solarium terrace of about 30 sq m. between the roofs of the villa with a 360 degree view which is accessed by a comfortable internal spiral staircase in Sardinian trachyte; from the terrace between the roofs of the villa you can enjoy a beautiful view in complete privacy.
The view is very panoramic both from the veranda on the ground floor and from the terrace on the roofs from which you can admire the whole Gulf with the promontory of Capo Figari, the islands of Figarolo and Tavolara, Capo Ceraso and Capo di Coda Cavallo.
From the garden, with lawn, trees and Mediterranean scrub, in which there is also the parking lot shaded with reeds, you have direct access to the sea and the beach which is 30 m away. The sea in front of the villa has a beautiful rocky bottom suitable for snorkeling. Dolphins are often seen from the villa while seagulls and cormorants can be observed up close on the rock islet a few meters from the garden.Linen is not included and can be rented separately as long as requested at the time of booking or well in advance of the start of the holiday.
