Panoramic first-floor apartment in a villa with a garden overlooking the sea, featuring a wonderful terrace and veranda overlooking the entire gulf, from Capo Figari to the islands of Tavolara and Figarolo and Capo Ceraso. A barbecue on the terrace, a spacious and original multi-level living room with a ceiling adorned with ancient juniper trunks, a separate kitchen with dishwasher , a double bedroom with a balcony, panoramic windows, and a bathroom with shower, another double bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds, another bathroom with shower and washing machine, access via a private external staircase, shaded parking, an outdoor shower in the garden, and direct sea access from the villa's garden.
The price does not include linens, which can be rented separately if requested at the time of booking. The rental price for linens (sheets and towels) is €18 per person for each set provided. The Golfo Aranci tourist tax is €4.00 per person, per night. Children under 12 are exempt.

Convenient location with magic views from the terrace

The apartment is located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, with a small, but lovely beach next door, which is perfect to cool off at the end of a hot day. We absolutely enjoyed the terrace, where we sat most of the time while at home and enjoyed the beautifully view over the blue bay and beyond. Luciana was very responsive and helpful with all our questions and the check-in was smooth and easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Sardinia!

Il divano da sogno.

L’appartamento ha come vero valore una vista sulMare splendida. IlDifetto (ma giusto se sei anziano.,) è che è posto tutto su scale: la cucina più in alto, più in basso ilTavolo da pranzo, più in basso il divano e molto più in basso la terrazza. Ma questo non toglie nulla allaBellezza del mare che si gode sia dalla casa sia dalla spiaggetta vicinissima. Cenare in terrazza con lo sciabordio delle onde è ciò che più mi manca. Quel che aggiungerei in cucina è un microonde. La doccia è calda ed abbondante, le camere belle e ariose. Tornerei domani!!

Lage & Umgebung: - Wohnung 5 Autominuten von Fähre entfernt - kleiner Einkaufsmarkt 1 Autominute entfernt - Restaurant Da Andrea 5 Gehminuten entfernt (sehr gutes Essen, schönes Ambiente im Innenhof) - mehrere andere Restaurants & Eisdielen im Hafen entfernt - Strände der Costa Smeralda ca. 20 Autominuten entfernt Wohnung: - Wohnung sauber, großzügig, schöne Gartenanlage, Aussicht vom Balkon unschlagbar, Aussendusche - kleiner Strand direkt nebenan, wenig besucht - Folgendes ist nicht in der Wohnung verfügbar und muss selbst mitgebracht werden: Klopapier, Küchenrolle, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Spül- u. Geschirrtücher, Gewürze, Öl, Seife, Putzmittel - Geschirr ist reichlich vorhanden - Abfall muss getrennt, gesammelt und beim Wertstoffhof abgegeben werden - Bettlaken und Handtücher gibt es gegen Aufpreis Minuspunkt: - Leider gibt es kein WLAN und keine Spülmaschine - Hof mit den Carports recht eng - man muss viel rangieren Resümee - Haus mit direkter Strandlage - ein Ort zum Entspannen, Wohlfühlen und Geniessen - absolut empfehlenswert

Mooi basis verblijf op prachtige locatie

Erg prettig verblijf gehad. Echter, is het afval ophaalsysteem zeer onhandig, onvriendelijk en onduidelijk voor toeristen. Tip voor de hostess: zorg voor grote containers voor de gasten bij het verblijf, zodat ze niet afhankelijk zijn van de onduidelijke afval ophaaldiensten.

Traumhafte Lage

Traumhaft gelegen, direkt am Wasser und mit wunderschönem, wilden Garten. Wir haben sogar einmal vom Esstisch aus einen Delphin gesehen! Da wir in den Osterferien dort waren, war es noch recht kühl und uns wurden drei Heizlüfter zur Verfügung gestellt, die wir auch brauchten, um das Wohnzimmer einigermaßen warm zu bekommen. Ostern ist in Vorsaison und somit waren die meisten Geschäfte und Restaurants in Golfo Aranci geschlossen. Aber Olbia ist nur 1/2 Autostunde entfernt und man kann dort viele Supermärkte etc. finden. Den kleinen Supermarkt in Golfo Aranci habe wir nicht aufgesucht, daher können wir darüber nichts sagen. Er ist jedoch fußläufig von der Wohnung erreichbar. Beim Einchecken war je 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier/Bad vorhanden, so dass wir nur noch Spülmittel, Kaffeefilter u. alles zum Kochen einkaufen mussten (u. etwas Klopapier nachkaufen). Die Küche ist ansonsten mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet (Gasherd, Geschirr, Kühlschrank etc.). Die Müllabgabe in Golfo Anranci bei der Stadt selbst ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber das kann auch an der Vorsaison gelegen haben. Der rege Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfreich. Wir hätten uns nur gewünscht, dass bei Ankunft auch ein wenig Spülmittel, Handseife, etwas Olivenöl und Pfeffer/Salz vorhanden sind. Wenn man alles extra kaufen muss, kann man in der Zeit gar nicht alles aufbrauchen, das ist dann schade. In der Vorsaison waren wir die einzigen Mieter in dem Haus und somit war es wunderbar ruhig. Nur rundherum wurden vereinzelt Bauarbeiten durchgeführt.

Heerlijk verblijf met kritische noten

De woning ligt fantastisch. Het uitzicht is fenomenaal en het strand ernaast is een extra bonus. De woning zelf is groot en voldoet aan alle wensen, maar er zijn ook wat kritieke puntjes: De in- en uitcheck is volledig in het Italiaans, we konden niet goed met elkaar communiceren. Dat was lastig, maar ook wel weer heel Italiaans. Goede keuken, met oven en grote koelkast! Maar de deur van de masterslaapkamer kan niet goed open, de stoelen op het balkon waren allemaal stuk. We kregen wel direct na het melden nieuwe, maar ook dat waren gammele stoeltjes. We hebben het echt gemist dat we lekker op het balkon konden zitten. Terwijl dat juist de mooiste plek van de woning is. De parasols waren stuk. Gordijnen in de slaapkamers sluiten niet, en de zon komt op aan de kant van de slaapkamers, dus elke ochtend wordt je vroeg wakker. Bij regen komt het aan de voorkant binnen en de boiler voor de douche lijkt wat klein voor 8 personen. Bedden zijn wel prima, douche ook, dus het zijn echt maar kleine puntjes! Het verblijf was al met al heerlijk en het uitzicht en de ligging maakt veel goed!

Sardinien... schönste Insel

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Alles für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden. Lediglich eine Klimaanlage fehlt. Sind aber in jedem Zimmer Ventilatoren aufgestellt. Ein Grill ist auf der Terrasse vorhanden. Toller Meerblick zum Frühstück und in den Abendstunden bei.einem Glas Gin😉 Ein Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke ebenso ein kleiner Fischhandel. Die Pizzaria... Di Andrea ist sehr zum empfehlen.. ca. 10min Fußweg... Die Strände in der Nähe sind sehr schön aber zu Stosszeiten sehr überlaufen... Lieber ein Eck am.Strand für sich suchen... und evtl. früh zum Strand fahren... ca.09.30 ist eine gute Zeit... kostenpflichtig sind einige Parkplätze an den Stränden... lieber abseits parken... aber Vorsicht wegen Tickets... alles in allem ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub gerne wieder

Schöne Wohnung, kann aber sehr laut sein

Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön, gross genug für 6 Personen und hat einen direkten Blick auf das Meer. Die Lage Golfo Aranci ist auch gut, hat viele kleine oder größere schöne Strände. Die Ausstattungen sind normal, besonders gut waren die Betten, die besten von unseren vielen Sardinien Urlauben. Die Halterung für die Duschköpfe in beiden Waschräumen war defekt, so mussten wir beim Duschen den Duschkopf immer halten. Was uns am meisten gestört hat , war der Lärm in der Umgebung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Anlage, wo insgesamt 6 Wohnungen sind. Es war in den zwei Wochen immer sehr viel los und oft sehr laut, auch bis in die Nacht. Noch dazu kam sehr laute Partymusik von Richtung Golfo Aranci am Wochenende.

location plutot calme et bien située

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à 2 familles avec enfants, l'appartement était assez grand pour que chacune ait son espace. La vue est magnifique ! un régal matin, midi et soir ! le quartier est très tranquille, pas d'insécurité perçue ou perceptible. Quant à l'hotesse Luciana, elle a tout fait pour nous arranger et que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible, un grand merci à elle !

Tolle Wohnung direkt am Meer im Golfo Aranci

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Haus mit 5 Wohneinheiten direkt am Meer in einer Ansammlung von Ferienimmobilien Namens Baia Caddinas. Jede Einheit hat einen Überdachten PKW Stellplatz. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG mit einem großem Balkon mit direktem Blick auf den Golfo. Sehr ruhig gelegen, einzig am kleinen Sandstrand direkt neben dem Haus kann es manchmal Nachts Party geben. Die Vermieterin wohnt auch in der Anlage und steht für Probleme zu Verfügung. Wir hatten keine Weingläser die wurden dann schnell zu Verfügung gestellt.

Schöne Wohnung direkt am Meer

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen direkt am Meer mit Blick auf Golfo Aranci. Die Wohnung liegt im 1.Stock und ist über eine geschwungene Außentreppe zu erreichen. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit 4 Betten (2 Stockbetten). Es gibt 2 Badezimmer. Das eine ist von einem der Schlafzimmer zu erreichen, das andere vom Flur aus. Die Küche hat einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Der Gasherd mit 4 Flammen und der Gasofen sind leicht zu bedienen. Der Balkon ist schön groß und teilweise überdacht. Ein kleiner Strand ist in 1 Minute gut zu erreichen. Leider gibt es kein Wifi.
