Cala Sassari - Pieds dans l'eau is a semi-detached house with direct access to the sea, a few steps from the beach of Punta Pedrosa and Cala Sassari. The island of Tavolara and the island of Figarolo are 5 minutes away by boat.
The house, recently renovated, has large spaces and is perfect for a stay with family or in the company of friends. Inside the spaces are large and bright characterized by wooden vaults and large windows.
The living area has a large linear kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. A comfortable table for 6 people in the center of the room and a corner sofa from which to admire the garden and sea view. The sleeping area has 1 double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a second bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a third bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower.
From the living area it is possible to directly access the veranda/terrace overlooking the sea from which it is possible to reach the sea via a pedestrian path and place inside the property.
The house is complete with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and outdoor shower.

The sunbathing area is shared with the property next door which is shown in the photos with white wooden railings. Both properties have separate accesses and separate, independent parking spaces.
