The upper floor hosts the living area, a bright space that includes a modern kitchen, dining room, and living room with large panoramic windows opening onto the terrace with a pool and spectacular views of the gulf and port. A patio door from the kitchen leads to another terrace, and a staircase leads to the panoramic solarium with a relaxation area. A practical guest bathroom completes the living area.
