The elegant residential complex “Villaggio Perlacea” is a new construction, completed in 2010 and only 150 meters from the beautiful “Quinta Spiaggia” beach in Golfo Aranci.
The location is strategic and is just a few steps from the sea in front of the «Quinta Spiaggia» and 50 meters from the supermarket and bar. Therefore it is possible to spend a holiday in complete relaxation without having to use the car.
The complex is just 18 km from Olbia (port and airport), 10 km from Porto Rotondo and 18 km from the Costa Smeralda.

Wirklich eine Traumwohnung mit herrlichem Blick in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den schönsten Stränden! Lediglich die Endreinigung von 140€ finde ich zu teuer, sonst ist alles wirklich seinen Preis wert! Sehr netter Empfang, toller Kontakt, neue und schön ausgestattete Wohnung. Erholsam
