The accommodation
Ground floor
The ground floor delights with a 40 m² living room featuring a charming wood-burning stove, a spacious sofa area, a modern flat-screen TV, and direct access to the expansive garden. With its lounge furniture, the garden extends the living space not only visually but also practically, making it the perfect place for breakfast or dessert on the terrace. In the living room, you’ll find ample space for board games, movie nights, or other highlights for the whole family.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area, with its modern all-white design, is the heart of the house. A dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, electric kettle, and stove with oven make it easy to cook even for large families or groups.
Upper floor
Four cozy bedrooms, a modern bathroom with bathtub, and a separate WC make for pleasant evenings as the day draws to a close.
Loft
Three additional bedrooms in the loft, all facing south, offer sweeping views of a mountain panorama that’s hard to match. A stylish bathroom with double vanity and rainfall shower, along with a bathtub and a separate WC, complete the top floor.
Garden
The spacious south-facing garden impresses with its mature trees and flowering shrubs that provide plenty of places to hide and explore. A swing, slide, and sandbox make it a true paradise for children. A terrace with lounge furniture and a practical barbecue station invite you to enjoy relaxed cookouts in any weather. On balmy evenings, a long table with seating for up to 16 guests awaits – perfect for an unforgettable dinner under the stars.
Location
Chalet Stella enjoys an ideal location right in the center of Golling – yet borders open meadows, putting you immediately back in nature. Shops, excellent restaurants, and charming bars are all within easy walking distance. The Aqua Salza wellness and sauna paradise lies right next to Chalet Lucky. The Egelsee recreation area is just a five-minute walk away, and the Golling playground about ten. Chalet Stella Golling is also a favorite with dog owners: numerous walking paths right around the house make it a joy not only for four-legged friends but also for their human companions.
Guest access
The entire house is available exclusively for guest use.
