The space
The property is surrounded by breathtaking landscapes that capture the essence of rural Australia. The undulating hills are covered in lush, green pastures dotted with grazing cattle and sheep, creating a picturesque, pastoral scene.
Right on the property you have access to Burra Burra Creek as it meanders gently through the region, its clear waters reflecting the vibrant colors of the sky and the surrounding countryside on a clear day. The sandy creek bank is wide enough to lower a dinghy and go for a swim. Alternatively the creek offers a great opportunity to enjoy fishing for a variety of Perch and Carp along the sheltered banks on the perimeter of the property.
The accommodation is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom rural off-grid retreat with modern comforts:

Everything you need is already on the property, but if you wish to explore dining options and see the surrounds, then nearby Crookwell is your go to charming rural town, known for its picturesque landscapes and historic appeal. The 40 min drive there is very pleasant through the ubiquitous rolling hills and pastures of this region and easily manageable to pop into town for re-supply or some regional tucker. The town is known as a farming hub and is a gateway to exploring the scenic beauty of the Southern Tablelands. It boasts a vibrant local community and a range of heritage buildings that reflect its rich history. Crookwell offers a quintessential Australian rural experience with its friendly atmosphere and beautiful surrounds.
Guest access
4WD is highly recommenced and essential in certain seasons. The the property access is by a shared road. There are neighboring farms and their herds roaming about so please close the gates behind you as you come through. We are situated on a 100 acre block on top a hill.
Access to the property is by key secured with padlock. You have the whole land and property to yourself, no shared facilities apart from the through road used by local farmed once every few weeks. So it is unlikely you will even see any vehicles around.
The land is steep in sections so does require a reasonable degree of fitness if you intend to explore on foot, otherwise the trail is suited for vehicle or quad bike to get down to the creek and around the property in general to enjoy the valleys views surrounding the property.
