This lovely apartment with 55m2 is close to various stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the space, making it even more inviting.

This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities for your use. A washing machine is also available.

The bedroom is a pleasant room with a double bed and a wardrobe and comes with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Nearby, you’ll find local shops and supermarkets, such as Pingo Doce and Lidl, offering everyday essentials and groceries. The area also features a variety of small businesses, cafes, and bakeries, providing a taste of local culture. For leisure, the Parque Urbano de Fânzeres, a green space perfect for relaxing or walking, is located close by.

This address is well-connected by public transportation, including bus and metro options. The area is served by several STCP bus lines, providing convenient access to nearby neighbourhoods and the Porto city centre.

The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is just a 25-minute drive.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
