It's conveniently located near two of Florida's favorite vacation spots, Marco Island and Naples. Enjoy ocean sport chartering adventures, thrilling sightseeing, and shelling excursions!

The master bedroom suite features a king-size bed and a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom offers two extra-long twin beds. Relax on the screened lanai and watch the fish jump in the water.

NOTE: This condo is on the second floor.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.

If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
