This place was as advertised. My son and I love to fish and we caught tons of fish right off the dock and property. They even have a snook light for night fishing. We caught snapper snook, catfish, and one ladyfish. We used live shrimp, live pinfish, and lures. House was great and the lot was perfect for the views of the inlet. Had everything we needed inside and out. We used the glades dayz charter recommended in the listing and they were fabulous. Caught tons of fish on our 6 hour trip. Outdoor seating and porch are great. If you like nature this is the place. We saw dolphins multiple times. Tons of birds. A manatee and a huge salt water crocodile out in the inlet. Would stay here again for sure!!

Comfortable Home on the Water

The home was as described, it was exactly what we were looking for, a comfortable house on the water where we could keep our boat at the dock for our fishing trip. The owner Ty was super friendly and was more than helpful with some ideas and recommendations for our fishing trip. We go down to the Marco area a couple times per year to fish and we will definitely rent from Ty again. Thanks!!

Great place close to everything.

The owners were fantastic and the house is wonderful and clean. The location was great you can sit on the wrap around deck and listen to the music from Stan's Idle Hour, or walk over to any of the hangouts on Goodland.

Nice rental

The property is nice. Location to great restaurants and live music is awesome. Also, water rentals are nice and within five minutes. Drive to beach is about 10-15 minutes. Had a/c issues but was fixed in a timely manner.

We enjoyed the stay very much, took a 1/2 day fishing charter right from the boat launch (5 min walk), we liked having 4 decent restaurants within walking distance, several had live music! Nothing negative whatsoever to report!

Paradise on stilts

A great spacious location in Goodland. Great breezes on the upstairs patio where you can listen to the music from Stans while doing your own thing. We saw dolphins, manatees, stingrays, and a bunch of different fish right from the deck and dock. Very clean and well stocked with all the necessities needed to make your stay easy. All four of the restaurants, the fishmarket, and the park were within easy walking distance. We got some fresh grouper one day from the fish market and grilled it on the gas grill. Ty and Amanda were quick at answering any questions and offering great suggestions and recommendations for things to check out. We hope to book again next year!
