This error had to be rectified by Hotels.com. It appears that this false advertising has since been amended so that future guests will not experience the same issue that I did.

Room Clean Staff very helpfull However as we and another guest found out the booking is misleading saying breakfast was included, yet they took £30-00 extra for this, at £15 each. This made the stay expensive against others in the area, perhaps why the pub was empty. that along with more pumps out of use than in use as they had no beer

Comfortable Stay

We had a comfortable 2 nights stay. Room was clean and the bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. Only minor concern was the noisy extractor fan in the bathroom. Food in the restaurant was great.
