With just a 10-minute walk to the much-loved Goolwa Beach where you can walk and search for cockles, followed by breakfast at Kuti Shack or drinks at the new Surf Club. The living area has plenty of seating area, TV, ceiling fan and split system heating and cooling.
The kitchen has gas cooking, toaster, kettle, microwave and an island bench.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a ceiling fan plus a walk in robe.
Bedroom two has a queen size bed with a ceiling fan.
Bedroom three has two single beds with a ceiling fan.
Main bathroom with a bath, shower, basin & a separate toilet.
