This two-storey holiday home sits on a generous block with extensive hill views whilst being just a short 750m to the beach (or a quick 8-minute walk depending on your pace).

This beachside getaway comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms and 1 powder room.

Downstairs you will find the large open plan living room, 3 large bedrooms including 3 x queen beds and 2 x 2 single bunk bed, main bathroom and fully equipped laundry with access to the backyard and a large shed complete with table tennis table.

Upstairs, the kitchen overlooks a large dining and family room that opens onto the front balcony with fantastic rural views, where the Cockle Train can be seen when running.

There is also a powder room off the main living area offering easy access for everyone enjoying the upstairs space.

The master suite is complete with a king size bed ensuite and access to the front balcony.

Guests are responsible for removing any pet waste from the property grounds. To maintain cleanliness and comfort for all our guests, pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds.
If extra cleaning and/or damages are found to be caused by your pet, you will incur an additional charge, the associated costs will be charged to the credit card on file


Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Owner'S Rights
Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.

Great place

Conveniently located to the beach with good aircon (we stayed on a weekend of 3 days in the very high 30’s). Easy access and good amount of room for 2 families of 4.

Great holiday house!

We were 2 families staying at this home and overall it was lovely! Great living areas up and downstairs, great balcony and lovely furniture and air con! Table tennis for kids was great in the shed. A couple of suggestions- there’s no BBQ and definitely need a big pasta pot in the kitchen when the house sleeps 9!
