Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels and washcloths in the clean bin located under storage space by basement stairs
Please ensure to take out all garbage and recycle from bathrooms and kitchen. Garbage bins are located in the back of the house.
Please ensure to turn off lights and lock door upon departure. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No tampering with outside security cameras or removing items already plugged in outlets. No use of fireplace. No parking on grass, only driveway.
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. PLEASE do not move or re-arrange any furniture. We’ve had guests move furniture causing damage to the floors and walls.
No use of garage as it is under construction. We are creating another beautiful space to upgrade your stay in the next year!
