Welcome to our newly renovated and lovingly furnished holiday apartment LUBECA. It features a combined living and dining area with a cozy seating corner, flat-screen TV, and stereo system, as well as a dining table with four chairs. The modern, well-equipped kitchenette includes a dishwasher and oven. The adjoining bedrooms are separated from the living area by sliding doors. The main bedroom offers a double bed and a sideboard with a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has two single beds and a small chest of drawers. A spacious wardrobe provides ample storage. The bathroom features a modern shower, a sink with vanity, and a heated towel rail. The toilet is in a separate room with a hand basin. In the hallway, you will find a wardrobe, shoe cabinet, and a large mirror. The east-facing loggia, furnished with a folding table and relaxing chairs, is perfect for enjoying breakfast with views of the mountains and forest in summer.



Free parking is available directly in front of the house. An elevator provides barrier-free access to the apartment on the third floor. Our apartment is located in a well-maintained holiday park right by the forest. Despite its quiet setting without through traffic, it is only 800 m to the town center and about 50 m to the cross-country ski trail in winter. The holiday park offers a mini golf course (available for an extra charge), table tennis, outdoor fitness equipment, a low ropes course, and an adventure playground.
