The interior is well-equipped and furnished. The apartment measures around 34m² and comprises a large living and dining room with an open built-in kitchen and a bedroom separated off by a sliding door, as well as a separate shower room/WC and a little hallway. There is a sunny loggia/conservatory. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, fridge and freezer, oven and 4-zone ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, kettle and egg boiler, toaster, microwave and plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery and cookware. A flatscreen TV, DVD player, radio and free high-speed Wi-Fi are available.
There are plenty of parking spaces on the street in front of the house. You have a sunny loggia (roofed balcony)/conservatory, as well as access to the shared garden with a lawn. From there you can walk conveniently to the Kurpark, the ponds or the lake.
The apartment is non-smoking, including on the balcony. Pets are welcome.
You will enjoy a central top location right by the Kurpark. You can walk to the pedestrian zone of Hahnenklee with cafes, restaurants, shops, banks, a bakery, hairdresser and the ErlebnisBocksberg Hahnenklee.
