Staff were very helpful and went out of there way to assist, one staff member even chased us up the street to ensure we had the correct directions for the local supermarket, not great English but used a translating service whenever in doubt. Dated property but clean and well priced. Very convenient location across the road from train and bus station. Staff held our bags whilst we climbed Mt Fuji and checked back in following day. Slept well, great view of Fuji, charming place, not the most modern but made up for but lovely staff, recommended.

Fantastic location opposite the station and easy to get bus to Mount Fuji. The rooms are tired and small but clean. Shower is small but works well. The hallway carpet is very worm and gives the hotel an unloved feel. Great breakfast - go for this option.
