I´m sorry that we did not meet your expectations during your stay, since you have responded anonymously I can not view your reservation to see what you had booked but it sounds like you might stayed in one of our Superior High floor rooms, they a re 23 sq. metres and higher up in the building and unfortunately not with a river view. I think you might would like one of our Superior river view rooms better with a nice view over the river for next time. I hope the rest of your stay in Gothenburg were pleasant and I really hope that we´ll get the chance to welcome you back.
