This rating mostly reflects the inaccurate or incomplete information provided on the VRBO listing. The place is very difficult and unusual to locate, especially in the dark. Check in instructions lacked clarity and failed to note many important things: - The exterior of the building is not lit, making it nearly impossible to see signage- the remote control for parking confusingly opens and operates two different parking barriers for two completely separate parking areas. Despite this, it is important to park in exactly the right spot (in the underground garage)- The lights in the underground garage and hallways turn off frequently (seemingly every 30 seconds) leaving you in total darkness (alarming if you’re not expecting it)- take the elevator to floor 5 even though the unit is numbered 76- some of the better information was contained in a separate email from the host, the VRBO app had almost none of the important detailsDisappointing to note that previous guests had left soiled laundry and the host was unbothered by the idea that the place hadn’t been cleaned since its last use. Not a single towel was available, not even a hand towelOverall, not great. The host communication was exceptional, over and above what would be expected, which salvaged some of the experience. The amenities in the kitchenette seemed fine and exactly as described.
