It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of around 500 m² and a car park. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV and sofa bed.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and an en-suite shower room
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A lovely 500 m² unfenced garden
- A 60 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Gouesnach, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
