Ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area, a fireplace with a large hearth, and a pellet stove. Enjoy a large, bright living space, open to the outside with its large bay windows overlooking the garden. A cozy and warm atmosphere, with beautiful terracotta tile and parquet floors, and a French-style ceiling. One bedroom (two 90 x 200 cm beds), a separate toilet, and storage space.
Upstairs: three bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet. Two bedrooms have a 160 x 200 cm bed, and one bedroom has two 90 x 200 cm beds that can be joined together. This last bedroom has reversible air conditioning. Electric heating upstairs and pellet stove available from the owner if needed (price depends on market rates) on the ground floor.
