Will not stay again, very very noisy, bad smell out of bathroom drain, enough coffee for 1 drink, rattley windows, had to put a chair against the door to stop it banging and stop the light and wind coming through, beds so unlevel you get a blood rush, soap may as well be water, they allow kids to run and ride scooters past guest rooms and near cars. Reception dont help. Was very disappointed. Never again

location is not convenient for town but if you have your own car this is a good option when visiting Goulburn. easy access. comfy beds. parking outside the rooms. no stairs
