We had a wonderful overnight stay at this location! It is newly renovated and an ideal space for a large group. We were a group of 12 and had more than enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Everything was exceptionally clean. Linens and towels were provided, which was a huge bonus. The basement was the perfect spot for the kids to watch a movie and hang out. It was about 30 minutes from Camelback (and an easy ride), which is ideal. We did have to communicate with the owner once we arrived, but he replied within minutes and helped resolve the issue. When we arrived it did seem stuffy as there isn’t any air conditioning (except for a unit in the master bedroom), but once we opened the windows, it felt more comfortable.Overall, we would highly recommend this place. If we were to do another overnight stay in this area, we would absolutely book this house again.
