Quiet neighborhood of a few homes across the street. Driveway has a curve and other people can not see down the driveway or onto the hot tub. Very private

-Security camera details: All security cameras are outside, nothing inside or facing the hot tub. 1 camera facing down the driveway towards the street to capture all vehicles entering the property and 1 camera facing the front of the house on the bike rack
NO dogs upstairs on the carpet or guest will be subjected to a $150 additional carpet cleaning fee.

NO smoking or vaping inside house, however a small table and chairs located outside on balcony can be used

NO a large loud parties

Quiet Hours 10 PM - 7 AM

NO diapers, dyes or bubble bath in hot tub

DO not unplug USB ports on TV, NO CAMERAS INSIDE

DO not throw crushed stone all inside play ship, young children can not crawl around with stone everywhere
