The unbelievably beautiful sea view is certainly the most important reason why you would like to spend your vacation in this pretty, typically Breton holiday home. But not to be scoffed at is the beautiful large garden surrounding the house (dogs are very welcome - please note that there is no closed fence around the property). The owner has renovated all 5 bedrooms and the bathroom on the upper floor with a lot of individualism. The house offers plenty of space for a maximum of 8 people. In 5 beautiful bedrooms (3 doubles, 2 singles), two bathrooms and one, large, open plan dining and living area with wood stove and comfortable sofas. From there you have direct access to the garden and the large viewing terrace. The holiday home can be reached from a large driveway and the yard offers ample parking. The holiday home Ty Coz ​​Castel is located very close to the sea (approx. 500m) and not far from the beautiful dunes of Keremma and the fine sandy beaches. From the holiday home you always have a direct view of the sea and your beautiful garden. The beautiful holiday home is in a very, very quiet location on a hill in the municipality of Goulven in Finistère. The sea (the bay of Goulven), the restaurant, the creperie and a small Superette are about 500 m away on foot. In the immediate vicinity (approx. 2 km away) you will find the hotel "la Butte" with two great restaurants (one with a Michelin star) but the most important is the Fournil - the best baker far and wide in my opinion. If you enjoy wellness, you will find a luxurious wellness area here. This paid wellness area is also open to non-hotel guests.

Great family holiday

The position of this house is so beautiful. The view from the terrace of the bay, the church and village and the nearby countryside is superb. Our welcome from Hans was warm and friendly and we had nothing to worry about during our holiday, We all loved it it. The children 9 and 5 loved the beaches. Great holiday.

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage

Das Haus liegt sehr schön auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf Goulven. Ein fantastischer Ort, um auszuspannen. Man ist sehr schnell am Meer und in den Dünen. Das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet, sehr geräumig und in gutem Zustand. Alles top.

Maison typique Bretonne coquette et très fonctionnelle. Cadre magnifique avec superbe vue sur la baie dans un coin tranquille sans voisinage proche. Extérieur confortable avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. Accueil chaleureux.

Wunderschöne Lage des Hauses

Das Haus liegt , wie beschrieben , einmalig schön am Hang oberhalb von dem kleinen Ort Goulven. Der große Garten ist zudem traumhaft . Das Haus innen ist geräumig , schöne Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss . Im Erdgeschoss könnte man in der Küche (Utensilien , Backofen, etc. ) noch einiges verbessern , das Wohnzimmer könnte man etwas gemütlicher gestalten. Toll der neue Holzofen !
