Set on the edge of the village of Montleban, this authentic 6-bedroom farmhouse in Gouvy offers a peaceful escape for up to 16 guests. Surrounded by forest and nature, the home features a large terrace, fenced garden, barbecue, and a Finnish sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors.

Built over 250 years ago with Ardennes oak, loam, and stone, the home exudes rustic charm while offering modern comforts. Inside, enjoy a luxurious kitchen, spacious dining area, fireplace, and recreation space with table football and billiards. The forest and village center are just 500 m away, while restaurants and shops are within 5 km. An artificial ski run is 6 km away, and a swimming pool is 8 km from the property.

Liùge Airport is 61 km away. Note: Youth groups and parties are not permitted. Pets are welcome (max 5) at €20/night. Additional charges apply for utilities and cleaning.

Überall war Staub, fĂŒr die BĂŒrste muss man 125 Euro bezahlen, das Haus ist groß und sehr schlecht gedĂ€mmt, also zahlt man die damit verbundenen Heizkosten. Auch der Preis fĂŒr das Wasser und den Abfall wird ihm sehr an den Haaren gezogen. Ein freundlicher Empfang. Wir wĂŒrden es nicht wieder tun.

Wir hatten ein ausgezeichnetes Wochenende in diesem sehr gerĂ€umig und charmantes Haus Sehr herzlicher Empfang, fĂŒr unsere 5 Hunde einschließlich der auch die Vorteile der vielen Wanderungen in der Gegend nahm A (nur ein kleiner Punkt auf der Ebene des Zauns des Gartens zu verbessern) Plus fĂŒr das Billard und die Sauna , die sehr geschĂ€tzt wurden Kleiner Vorschlag:. fĂŒr einfache / Ruhe, hĂ€tten wir bevorzugt , dass ein minimalen Verbrauch bereits im Voraus im Preis zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt werden (auch wenn es bedeutet , einen Zuschlag bei Überschreitung zahlen) , weil es schwer zu wissen, was einen erwartet. Auch die Kosten fĂŒr Wasser, die nicht erwĂ€hnt werden, mĂŒssten in die Kostenliste aufgenommen werden.
