チェックインアウトがセルフになる事を予約前に知らせるべきかと思います。 4万近い値段を取るのに、セルフにするとは値段に見合わないサービスだと思います。 一階のグロウスターホテルのレセプションに聞いて、居室の一室がレセプションと教えられたので、すぐに向かいましたが、その部屋には誰もおらず30分間待ちました。 それで、エクスペディアを通して苦情メールしたら、係の方が慌てて飛んできました。 対応してくださった方が親切だったので、不快感は和らぎましたが、値段不相応なサービスだと思いました。
