he front desk staff, especially one male staff member, completely lacked hospitality. I was in trouble and asked for help, but he didn't treat me like a guest at all. I had a very upsetting experience before checking in and explained my experience at checkout, but all he did was give a superficial opinion without an apology. The hotel manager should immediately improve his attitude. This hotel building houses multiple businesses. While they may be in competition, this can be confusing for guests, and they need to cooperate to some extent to prepare a warm welcome for guests. I stayed here for a very important event, but it turned out to be a very disappointing and sad stay.

We stayed here to be close to Goyang Stadium where Coldplay was performing. It was a 12minute walk to the stadium which was PERFECT after the show. The room was incredibly nice and we got a corner room with a wrap around balcony which was a nice surprise. Would absolutely stay here again if I were visiting Goyang!
