Diese Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet.

Zentrale Lage, ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfe und Besteck, gute Betten. Mietbettwäsche können wir nicht empfehlen, ist weiß, offen und für die Bettdecken zu groß. Parkplatz nur rückwärts mit mehrfachen "Kurbeln" und touchieren eines Busches zu benutzen, Kofferraum des dort geparkten Fahrzeugs ist nur zu erreichen, wenn man selbst auf der Grünanlage steht. Fahrradständer mit abgestellten Fahrrädern behindern den Hauseingang. Der Keller ist zumindest für schwere Fahrräder nicht nutzbar (viele Treppen und Kurven). Die Duschstange war schon letztes Jahr aus der Wand gerissen, der Einstieg zur Dusche ist sehr hoch und eng, man kann sich nirgends festhalten. Es fehlen Trockenmöglichkeiten in der Wohnung für Badetücher und nasse Badesachen.
