Nie wieder über dieses Reisebüro Schulz

Die Wohnung war schön - keine Frage. Alles sauber. Allerdings waren die Matratzen total durchgelegen. Nach 7 stündiger Anfahrt mit dem Zug mussten wir uns dann im Reisebüro den Schlüssel abholen. Wobei ich vorher angerufen habe und fragte ob uns jmd den Schlüssel zur Unterkunft bringen kann, da ich hochschwangerere bin und wir mit Kleinkind unterwegs waren. Am Telefon wurde uns gesagt: Nein! Das Reisebüro sei ja gleich um die Ecke. Dort angekommen, mussten wir uns in eine Riesenschlange einreihen von Wartenden. Es hat wirklich ewig gedauert. Kostbare Zeit und Nerven am Anreisetag. Zudem musste man die Unterkunft mit einer Checkliste bei der Abreise abarbeiten. Ansonsten drohen Bußgelder z.b. 10 Euro wenn man den Müll nicht ordnungsgemäß entsorgt oder 25 Euro wenn man dreckiges Geschirr stehen lässt. Für Bettwäsche mussten wir pro Person nochmal 15 Euro bezahlen auch das wurde vorher nicht kommuniziert. Und dann wurden auch noch die Kissenbezüge vergessen, sodass wir eine Nacht auf den blanken Kissen liegen mussten. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit waren definitiv nicht gegeben!!!
