The central location enables easy shopping, reaching the beach and the central facilities such as guest house, restaurants. The Rhododendron Park and the coastal protection forest are also only a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is on the ground floor and is 50 square meters. Apartment 11 has a large south-facing terrace and a small garden area. It has its own parking lot (No. 11)

In the living area you will find a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle) as well as a pull-out functional sofa (lying area 150 x 200 cm), satellite TV, DVD player, CD radio , The 15 sqm bedroom has a double bed with cold foam mattresses and plenty of storage space. From both rooms you enter the 14 square meter south terrace with garden furniture. Wunderbar

Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, das Schlafzimmer sehr geräumig, großer Schrank und ein fantastisches Bett. Auf der Terrasse ist den ganzen Tag Sonne. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung und ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Eine gut ausgestattete Fewo, die uns leider völlig unzureichend gereinigt übergeben wurde. Insbesondere das Badezimmer war eine Frechheit. Um uns wohl zu fühlen, mussten wir kostbare Urlaubszeit zur Nachreinigung investieren. Diese Wohnung nie wieder!

Nur Terassenmöbel leider nicht sauber und der wohl neue Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer hat dermaßen gerochen, dass man nur mit geöffnetem Fenster dort schlafen konnte.

DANKE an Familie Wiebusch für die schönen Tage in Graal-Müritz. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Von Spühlmaschine bis hin zum WLAN war alles vorhanden und ausreichend Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Da es genau vor der Terressenseite eine Baustelle gibt, habe ich einen Punkt abgezogen. Während der Osterfeiertage störte das nicht.... aber unter der Woche kann man leider seine Mahlzeiten nicht in Ruhe auf der herrlichen Terrasse genießen. Schade!
