Die Wohnung ist schon recht abgewohnt - eine Renovierung wäre angebracht. Die Batterie der Fernbedienung für die Tiefgarage war leer - es gab keinen Ersatz vor Ort.Bei Bezug waren die Oberflächen der Bäder und Tische ziemlich staubig.
