You find yourself in the middle of a haven of peace between the city (Montpellier, Saint Gely du Fesc, Grabels, Saint Clément de Rivière) and nature (equestrian center, pines, hikes).

This villa allows you to spend each season with an activity, a moment to live according to your desires. For winter or autumn evenings, you can watch your favorite series on Netflix, play guitar hero on the WII, with the children or with your friends you can enjoy a game of “bonne paie”, “cluedo” or “tarot”. Let yourself be guided and enjoy the present moment with ease.

You benefit from a fully equipped kitchen allowing food lovers to share good culinary moments. You can also enjoy a raclette evening, a pancake party. To re-ernergies yourselves, a centrifuge will allow you to mix a cocktail of seasonal fruit.

For your summer or spring days a 6x3 m swimming pool is at your disposal. You can also enjoy long summer evenings with background music (for the respect of all). Why don’t you take the opportunity to cook sea bream “on the plancha” or a good beef rib at the barbecue that you will enjoy around a good table on the outdoor terrace.
