In the hamlet Mandalenčići 4 km from the centre of Gračišće, 8 km from the centre of Pazin, in a quiet, sunny position, 30 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 20'000 m2, trees, meadow, swimming pool angular, heated (10 x 4 m, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, barbecue house, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, hot tub, billiard table, table football, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Available: bicycles (3). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 8 km, bus stop 7.2 km, pebble beach 30 km.
