This cosy holiday home in Brist, Central Dalmatia, is located just about 50 m from the sea and offers four comfortable apartments for up to 4 people each. Every apartment has WiFi, air conditioning, a balcony or terrace with partial sea view, a kitchen or kitchenette, and its own bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided, small pets are allowed.



The apartments offer an open living area with a sofa bed, dining table, digital TV, radio, and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, electric stove, microwave, sink, filter coffee machine, and kettle. The bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, insect screens, and partial darkening. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, washbasin, and mirror.



The outdoor area includes a garden/courtyard, parasols, a private barbecue and direct access to the green outdoor area. Parking spaces are available at the property, a boat mooring is available upon request. Airport transfers can be organised.



The apartments are ideal for families, couples or small groups who want to spend a relaxed beach holiday in a quiet, green environment. Leisure activities in the area range from boat trips, windsurfing, diving and jet skiing to kitesurfing and banana boat rides, to olive harvesting, go-karting and gourmet restaurants.



Included in the price are air conditioning, boat mooring, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, baby cot, internet, kitchen towels and tourist tax. Additional costs will be incurred for heating, optional airport transfers and intermediate cleaning.
