Perfectly positioned on the water, this home features direct lake access and a private dock, making it easy to spend your days boating, fishing, or simply enjoying the serenity of the shoreline. Step outside to the oversized back patio, an ideal space for hosting gatherings, outdoor dining, or watching spectacular sunsets over the water. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the outdoor living space offers a front-row seat to lake life. The main house can sleep up to 11 guests. The Game Garage has a pool table, card table, dart board and TV with sound bar. A Guest Suite with Mini Fridge, Microwave, Coffee maker, Washer/Dryer and Queen bed upstairs (is available with full sleeping capacity of the home can be rented for an extra charge - contact to rent) ***Only 8-10 minutes from Rocker B Ranch***
