NEW LISTING - SUMMER 2026! Your lakefront getaway awaits at Possum Kingdom. We welcome you to bring your friends & family to our lake house, where the water is just steps from the back porch. Spend your days fishing, swimming, and/or soaking up the sun, then fire up the grill. This spacious home sleeps up to 6-8 guests. The dock is covered and equipped with an electric boat lift & 2 Sea-Doo ports.

We are centrally located on lake, nestled in the same cove as The Breakers Marina and just across the lake from Sandy Beach. Whether you’re cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or savoring a cocktail on the sun-filled patio, this spacious home ensures there’s plenty of room for your family or friends to rest and recharge during your visit.

The second full bathroom is shared and also has a tub & shower

INDOORS: Open concept to the kitchen, dining and living room.
OUTDOORS: Waterfront back yard, covered patio, gas grill and fire pit.
DOCK: Will fit up to a 24’ foot boat.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, drip & K-cup coffee maker
PROVIDED: Satellite TV, coffee, linens/towels, trash bags, paper towels, TP, propane & washer/dryer.
SUITABILITY: There are a couple of steps required for backyard access off the patio.
SLEEPING: 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Bunk with full size up & down.
FAQ: Life vests and water toys available for use.
PARKING: Driveway with carport (4 vehicles max). You may park a trailer on the grass along the fence.

We are 20 miles South of Graham, TX on the West side of Possum Kingdom.
The closet public boat ramp is 3.6 miles, at West Side Park (BRA Area #8).

You can rent a boat from WaterRush Rentals located on Possum Kingdom Lake. They will delivery your boat to the dock on your day of arrival and pick it up on your day of departure.

This was our 2nd time staying at the property, and again it didn’t disappoint!!! Fishing was great and with 100 degrees outside that AC inside kept us feeling good! This is definitely by far my favorite place on the lake. Definitely going back when we can!

Perfect size for my family of 7!!! Plenty of room for everyone! AC was amazing after a hot day on the water! The dock occupied us for some fun swimming and fishing, along with docking my boat while we relaxed in the house or cooked on the porch! Would 100% book again and definitely plan too in the future.
